-
Why is the electric charging station unavailable?
If the station is inactive in the mobile app or if there's an error on the information display, please contact the technical support phone number indicated on the station. Technical support will clarify the station's status, check its internet connection, remotely troubleshoot issues, or provide information about the charging station's functionality and next steps.
-
Why can't I start a charging session?
Verify the application you're using to initiate charging. The application and charging process instructions are always available on the station itself. If you're using the correct app, follow the instructions to connect the charging station to the vehicle. Incorrect connection won't initiate charging. If the vehicle is properly connected but the charging session doesn't start, contact technical support, as technical issues might be causing station unavailability.
-
Which mobile app should I use?
The forEVo network has both slow and fast charging stations. All fast charging stations are accessible through the Malanka New app. Slow charging stations are available in the BatteryFly app.
-
Why is the station not charging at full power?
Each electric vehicle has unique battery charging power characteristics. The station provides power within the declared capacity and the vehicle's battery capability. The station won't exceed the power the vehicle's battery can accept. Default charging settings in electric vehicles adjust power between 0-20% and 80-100% to prolong battery life. If charging power is insufficient, check the cable. If it's damaged, it could be the cause of low charging power.
-
Can I make card payments without a mobile app?
ForEVo is always looking for innovative and customer-friendly solutions, from information gathering to implementation and integration. Payment without a mobile app hasn't been realized in Belarus and other countries yet. But as soon as this solution becomes feasible, forEVo will work in that direction.
-
How can I stop a charging session in an emergency situation?
Fast charging stations have a red emergency stop button. On slow charging stations, emergency stopping is only possible by calling technical support at the number provided on the station.
-
Can adapters be used for connectors/ports?
Using adapters on fast charging stations is strongly discouraged. Using any type of adapter on the CCS2 DC connector (liquid-cooled connector) is strictly prohibited.
