Personal Data Processing Policy

General Provisions

This document (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) defines the policy of Limited Liability Company "ChopperPlus" (UNP 692155036) (hereinafter referred to as the Operator) in relation to the processing of personal data.

The Policy is one of the policies adopted by LLC "ChopperPlus" in accordance with Article 17 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of May 7, 2021 No 99-Z "On Personal Data Protection" (hereinafter referred to as the Law).

The Policy explains to data subjects for what purposes and how their personal data is collected, used, or otherwise processed, and reflects the rights of data subjects and the mechanisms for their implementation in this regard.

The Policy applies to users of the website https://forevo.by (hereinafter referred to as the Site). The Policy defines the purposes, procedures, and conditions for the Operator's actions with personal data.

The Policy is drawn up in accordance with the provisions and other legislative acts of the Republic of Belarus.

In case of changes in the legislation of the Republic of Belarus on personal data, the Policy shall be updated.

To achieve this goal, the Operator takes the following actions regarding the processing of your personal data: collection, systematization, storage, modification, use, depersonalization, blocking, provision to telecommunications operators, operators of electronic messaging services (including cross-border transmission), deletion of personal data. The Operator processes your personal data using automation tools and involves authorized persons providing information technology (IT) support. The period for which you consent to the processing of personal data is limited to 5 years.

Your rights as a data subject related to the processing of personal data, the mechanisms for exercising rights, as well as the consequences of giving or refusing consent:

According to the legislation on personal data, you are a data subject and have the following rights:

  • to receive information regarding the processing of your personal data. You have the right to obtain information about the location of the Operator, confirm the fact of processing your personal data, learn the specific list of processed personal data, the source of their receipt, legal grounds and purposes of processing personal data, the period for which consent is given. At the same time, you are not required to justify your interest in the requested information;
  • to make changes to your personal data. In cases where your personal data is incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate, you have the right to submit an application, accompanied by relevant documents and/or their certified copies, confirming the need for changes;
  • to receive information about the provision of your personal data to third parties. You have the right to receive information from the Operator about the provision of your personal data to third parties once a year free of charge, unless otherwise provided by law;
  • to stop the processing and/or deletion of personal data. You have the right to demand free termination of processing and/or deletion of your personal data (in the absence of other legal grounds for processing provided by law). In the absence of technical capability to delete personal data, the Operator will take exhaustive measures to prevent their further processing, including blocking by discontinuing access to them;
  • to withdraw consent to the processing of your personal data. Upon receipt of your application (email) to withdraw your consent, the Operator will cease processing the personal data for which you initially gave consent and will delete them. You have the right to exercise this right by sending an email containing your name and phone number to the email address forevo@a-100.by or by submitting an application (the procedure for submitting an application is described below). In the absence of technical capability to delete personal data, the Operator will take exhaustive measures to prevent their further processing, including deletion (blocking). Please note that exercising the right to withdraw consent to the processing of your personal data will result in their deletion and the cessation of sending advertising and informational mailings;
  • to challenge actions (inaction) and decisions. You have the right to challenge the actions (inaction) and decisions of the Operator that violate your rights in the processing of personal data, to the authorized body for the protection of the rights of personal data subjects in the manner established by legislation on appeals of citizens and legal entities.

To exercise the aforementioned rights, you need to submit a written application (either in person or by mail) or in the form of an electronic document.

To submit a written application, you need to send it to the following address: Minsk Region, Minsk District, Minsk Rural Council, d.7, office 28, administrative premises.

To submit an application in the form of an electronic document, you need to send a letter using the automated information system Registered Electronic Mail (RUPPS 'Belposhta'). In this case, an electronic document means a document in electronic form signed with an electronic digital signature recognized in the Republic of Belarus. The application must contain: surname, first name, patronymic (if any), address of residence (place of stay), date of birth, statement of the essence of the claim, personal signature or electronic digital signature.

The processing period for your application will not exceed 15 days. An exception is the consideration of an application for the implementation of the right to receive information regarding the processing of your personal data, which will be considered within 5 working days.

For the purpose of processing - conducting administrative procedures; categories of subjects - applicants, third parties; list of processed personal data - in accordance with the list of administrative procedures carried out by organizations based on citizens' requests approved by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus dated April 26, 2010 No 200, legal grounds - paragraph 20 of Article 6 of the Law, Articles 14 and 15 of the Law of October 28, 2008 No 433-Z 'On the Basics of Administrative Procedures' - performance of powers provided by law. Storage period - 5 years.

For the purpose of processing - consideration of appeals from citizens and legal entities; categories of subjects - citizens who submitted appeals; list of processed personal data - last name, first name, patronymic, address of residence (place of stay), essence of the appeal, other information specified in the appeal; legal grounds - paragraph 20 of Article 6 of the Law, Article 12 of the Law of July 18, 2011 No 300-Z 'On Appeals of Citizens and Legal Entities' - performance of powers provided by law. Storage period - 5 years (in case of repeated appeals - 5 years from the date of the last one).

For the purpose of processing - conclusion of contracts with counterparties; categories of subjects - representatives of counterparties; list of processed personal data - last name, first name, patronymic, position; legal grounds - paragraph 20 of Article 6 of the Law - performance of powers provided by law. Storage period - 3 years after the expiration of the contract, contract, or after the tax authorities have verified compliance with tax legislation. If tax authorities have not conducted a check of compliance with tax legislation - 10 years after the expiration of the contract.

For the purpose of processing - conducting advertising mailings; categories of subjects - clients; legal grounds - Article 5 of the Law - consent. Storage period - 3 years.

For the purpose of processing - obtaining feedback; categories of subjects - clients; list of processed personal data - name, phone number; legal grounds - Article 5 of the Law - consent. Storage period - 1 year.

Procedure for collecting and processing cookie files

When a user visits the Site, data may be stored in their browser, or the browser may transmit such data, mainly in the form of cookie files. Such data usually does not directly identify the user, but can provide the Operator with individualized Internet capabilities.

Cookie files are small text files placed on a device to store data, read by a web server in the domain in which they were created. The Operator uses cookie files to store and support user preferences and settings for login, provide relevant advertising, combat fraud, and perform other lawful procedures.

Users have many means to manage data collected by cookie files. For example, you can use browser control elements to restrict the use of cookie files by websites and withdraw your consent to their use.

All data collected using these cookies is aggregated and therefore anonymous.

The Operator uses the following services that process information using cookie files:

  • Contextual advertising and remarketing services Google Ads, Yandex Direct, Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager - to show the user the most suitable advertising for their interests;
  • Statistics services Google Analytics and Yandex Metrica - to improve the Site and advertising campaigns.

Therefore, companies YANDEX, Google LLC, and Meta Platforms, Inc. process information about users visiting the Site and the actions that users take on the Site's pages.
